Warm-Up and Stretch for 15 minutes

Then do ...

100m Sprint
20 Pull Ups - 15- 10
100m Sprint
20 Wall Balls - 15 - 10
100m Sprint
20 KBS - 15 - 10

3 rounds for time (just take off 5 reps on each rounds: 20-15-10)
