Warm-Up and Stretch,
Then do ...
Run 10m on the minute. Add 10m every minute.
Minute 1 = 10m
Minute 2 = 10m + 10m
Minute 3 = 10m + 10m + 10m
...
Until you can't make it on the minute.
Work on your Air Squat ... Tabata it!
