WOD September 13

Warm-Up and Stretch for 15 minutes,

Then do ...


20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2 reps of
Box Jumps (big one)
Combine it with:
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 reps of
Strict Pull-Ups (weighted if you have a vest)

FOR TIME!

Then go for a 1 mile run with a weight vest. All Out!
