Warm-Up and Stretch for 15 minutes

Then do ...

3 rounds for time of:

100m Sprint
25 Squats

Rest 5 minutes then do ...

5 rounds for time of:

10 Overgead Squats (65% of BW)
15 Ring Dips
20 Push-Ups
