Go to a Gym and find some weights

Warm-Up and Stretch

Then do ...

5 sets of 5 (5x5) heavy Back Squats (85%)
5 x 10 Strict Pull-Ups
5 x 10 Bench press (80%)
5 x 10 Dumbbell Press (70%)

Rest 30 sec to 1 minute between sets
