WOD August 12
Warm-Up and Stretch for 15 minutes
Then do ...
20 Double Unders
20 "1 arm" KB Snatch (20 on each arms)
20 Squat Jumps
2 x 10 rounds for time both
Rest 3 minutes between the sets of rounds
Go run 20 minutes ALL OUT!
