Mon entrainement
Right after a GOOD warm-up and some stretch moves .... I will do this:
5 Push Press (90% RM)
10 Burpees
15 Wall Balls (20lbs to 9 feet)
AMRAP in 20 minutes (As Many Rounds As Possible)
