Mon entrainement, my WOD
After my warm-up ... I'll do this:
"ROY"
Five rounds for time of:
225 pound Deadlift, 15 reps (scale to a max weight for 15 reps)
20 Box jumps, 24 inch box
25 Pull-ups
And Learn a good way how to release tensions in your body with "K Star"
