WOD Oct. 7th
WarmUp and Stretch for 15 minutes then do ...
"Arnold"
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 Strict PullUps
10 Back Squats (1.5 bodyweight)
15 Tireflip (Do Sumo Deadlift Highpull if no tire with 100 pounds)
Then run 1 mile to relax
